St Vincent & Grenadines: Bequia – Port Elizabeth
Bequia is the second-largest island in the Grenadines, covering an area of approximately sq mi (18 sq km). The quaint town of Port Elizabeth is the largest settlement here and is somewhat of a capital of the Grenadines. Port Elizabeth’s harbor is bustling with activity from fishing boats, yachts, and ferries. The town is just a couple of streets with colorful waterfront, shops and markets, and waterfront bats and restaurants. At the heart of Port Elizabeth is Market Square. The town also has the Bequia Maritime Museum, which showcases the island’s seafaring history, and historic St. Mary’s Anglican Church.
