St Vincent & Grenadines: Kingstown
Exploring the colorful capital of St Vincent long the busy waterfront streets – lots of markets, large and small, lots of marijuana in the air, and lots of seriously stoned locals. The deep harbor in front of the city is one of the best in the Carribean and a favorite stop for many cruise ships, one bigger than the other. Among the town’s attractions are Botanical Gardens and Dy George’s Anglican Cathedral, Market Square, Fort Charlotte, Fish Market, Kingstown Methodist Church, the Carnegie Library, and the Old Government House, and more. Lots of marijuana shops as well and the “spring” is definitely in the air here.
