Sudan: Khartoum – White & Blue Nile Confluence
The two main tributaries of the longest river in the world – Nile – combine in the heart of the Sudan’s capital of Khartoum (White Nile from the left and Blue Nile from the right). You can stand at the very tip in front of the confluence and watch the waters of these two rivers mix. Depending on the season, the water can be of different color.
