Sweden: Malmo – Turning Torso
Turning Torso is one of the major highlights in Malmo – it is the tallest building in all of Scandinavia – featuring a mind-boggling twisting design where the top floor is rotated 90 degrees when compared to the bottom. It is mostly a residential tower with some office space, built in 2005 by a Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. It’s a fascinating building in the heart of new Malmo.
