Alishan mountains are also famous for oolong tea (arguably best in the world) and the place where wasabi plant grows. Well, here was a delicious combination of the two – eggs cooked in oolong tea with freshly grated wasabi. In the very heart of Taiwan mountains at 8,000 feet.
