Taiwan: Hualian Night Market
Hualian night market was my first night market experience in Taiwan (wasn’t really planes, just came out off the recommendation on where to go eat in town). And it was truly awesome – it’s something in between a marketplace, an arcade, and a restaurant. You stroll along the various stalls offering food, drinks, games, performances, and goods – order/eat/savor/repeat! Squid on a stick, fire grilled huge oysters with wasabi, fresh fruit shakes, quail eggs, and much much more
