Taiwan: Taipei – Quingshui Temple
Quingshui Temple may be small and somewhat lost amid skyscrapers, but it is one of the older and more distinctive temples in the city, renowned for its traditional Taiwanese architectural style. The temple was originally constructed in 1787, during the Qing dynasty. The temple features intricate wood and stone carvings, richly decorated beams, colorful statues, and ornate rooftops typical of Taiwanese temple design.
