Tanzania: Serengeti NP – Hippos

Grumeti River flows across the western Serengeti with its many pools and ponds are literally overflowing with hippos – hundreds and thousands of them. You can spend hours watching these massive hippo groups and observe animals interacting, moving, and even baby hippos running around.
