Thailand: Chiang Mai – Loi Krarhong Grand Float Parade
On the last day of the Festival of Lights a procession of colorful floats and people dressed up in national costumes goes from the main city gate along the Tha Phae Road. About 3-4 dozen elaborate floats and performing marching bands are best seen from the upper balconies along the processing route.
