Thailand: San Kamphaeng Hot Springs
About an hour north of Chiang Mai, after you go over the mountains via a twisting road, you come to the San Kamphaeng Hot Springs. Several 100C scalding geysers spout here, and people cook quail eggs in the boiling water in minutes. There is also an area of warm water when one can enjoy dipping feet in the mineral springs.
