Tibet: Tibetan Food Recap
Tibetan good probably goes into top 10 of my food experiences – unique and authentic. Fresh greens and vegetables in combination with yak meat make most of the dishes. Yak tongue with crushes chili peppers was surreal. Momi (dumplings with yak meat) came steamed, in a soup or fried. Tibetan Lhasa beer was a good lager as well as the Tibetan Wine which is actually more like a light beer made from barley.
