Tokelau: Nukunonu

One night of sailing and you arrive at the second Tokelau atoll – Nukunonu. It is the largest atoll and comprises over 30 islets, although all the people are jam-packed on just one. I was supposed to land here but – surprise surprise – the xenophobic, arrogant, and unfriendly locals decided not to let anyone onshore under the excuses
