Torres Strait Island: Horn Island – King’s Beach
And the last of the three islands I visited was Horn Island, the largest and very little populated. It’s very reminiscent of Australian outback with giant taller then me termite mounds, semidesert environment, and complete and utter wilderness. The King’s Beach is an absolutely classic strip of sand, but not swimmable due to salt water crocodiles in the water.
