Transnistria: Tiraspol – Green Market
Right in the heart of Tiraspol lies the Green Market, a large and very well organized marketplace with numbered stalls for sellers of produce, fruits, and vegetables. A very typical Eastern European experience, but seemingly much less hectic here. One dollar is about 17 Transnistrian rubles, so prices are pretty cheap.
