Uganda: Queen Elizabeth NP – Lions and Ugandan Cobs

Opposite to common sense – a pride of five lions and a large group of Ugandan cobs spend most of the day next to each other. Lions hoping for a meal after an unsuccessful night hunt, and cobs keeping an eye on their mortal enemies, knowing they are likely to outrun them in the open and using a collective defense strategy. It all made for a good photography!
