Ukraine is the world’s forth largest producer of mustard and rapeseed (Canada is first, then Nepal, then Russia). Driving through the flatlands of central Ukraine, you get to see endless fields of blooming yellow rapeseed plants, lighting up the scenery in all direction to horizon, so bright that it almost blinds you.
