USA/FL: Miami – Wynwood Walls
Wynwood Walls is one of the most famous areas of Miami, known for its graffiti and murals and super-bright painted walls. Some consider it to be the capital of street art (although I think Medellin in Colombia is more impressive). Just a couple years ago, this whole area was full of drab warehouses and dilapidated neighborhoods, but then art galleries started opening next to murals and next came chic bars and restaurants, quickly turning the entire Wynwood into a hip area. With most galleries closed for COViD, and bars limited, best thing here is just roaming around aimlessly through the grid of streets and admire all the colors.
