USA/ME: Penobscot Narrows Bridge
Penobscot Narrows Bridge is one of the newest grand cable bridges in the USA. The tower on the southern end of the bridge has an observation platform at the top, which held the title of the tallest cable bridge observation platform for a few years before China topped it. The views from the top are stupendous, opening up toward the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the historic Fort Knox on the other.
