USA/Alaska: Mushroom Picking in Denali National Park

Alaska’s forests (and particularly the ones in Denali National Park) are full of mushrooms that just beg to be picked. I didn’t find any porcini, but there were plenty of Red scaberstalks and Orange milkcaps, both choice mushrooms with the latter edible raw with just a pinch of salt.
