USA/NV: Lehman Caves

Underneath the Great Basin National Park lie Lehman Caves, one of the oldest cave systems in North America. The caves have many miles of passageways underground and only less then half has been explored. There are several large rooms and many smaller paths richly decorated with stalactites and stalagmites. The cave also has several areas with very rare shield formations.
