USA/UT: Zion NP – Zion Canyon

The Zion Mount Carmel Highway highway runs for 25 miles / 40km across the amazing landscape of sandstone cliffs and white mesas. The first half of the road is a steady uphill climb until you go through a tunnel and come out on the other side on a plateau of rolling orange/yellow/white sandstone possibly resembling the surface of Mars.
