Venezuela: Mt Roraima – The Window Overlook

One of the most spectacular viewpoints (if it’s clear) on Mount Roraima is the Window Overlook. There are several massive boulders balancing precipitously at the edge of the plateau creating a framed window through which you can look down onto the green jungle below. This point is also the closest Mount Roraima comes to the neighboring tepui Mount Kukenan making the views surreal. The space between the mountains serves as a wind tunnel through which clouds pass nonstop at high speed. Plenty of spots here where you can sit at the edge with your feet dangling 1000 feet above the ground below.
