Zanzibar: Jozani Forest National Park

Jozani Forest is part of the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, the only national park on Zanzibar and is known for its biodiversity, unique plant life, and critically important ecosystems. The forest includes a variety of habitats, from thick forests with huge trees and ferns to lush mangroves. The forest trail leads under the big trees – pal and mahogany, with plenty of animal sightings including Sykes monkeys and red colobus monkeys
