Brazil: Pantanal – Yellow Anaconda

Since I missed out on the Green Anaconda in the Amazon, it was a pleasant surprise to see its Pantanal relative – the Yellow Anaconda – the second largest snake in the world. Although this one was clearly small and probably an adolescent. It was just withering across the Tranpantaneira in plain sight in full daylight.
