Cayman Islands: Cayman Islands Food Recap
Just typical Carribean fare with fresh fish and tropical food. Some of the more interesting things were grilled turtle (they grow green turtles for food here), and angel fish ceviche. Other classically Cayman dishes were conch fritters and rum cake.
