France: Paris – Place Vendomme & Grand Boulevards & Passages

Attractions abound on the right side of the river Seine – the scrumptious baroque Palais Garnier Opera House, the grand square of Place Vendome, and grand boulevards and passages. At the Place Vendome is the  44m /  145 ft high bronze Colonne de la Grande Armée.
