Lithuania: Lithuanian Food Recap
I ate a lot of fresh herring with potatoes and sour cream. Other then that, the Lithuania dishes included cepelinai (potato dumplings stuffed with meat), verteniai (regular dumplings), pork tongue, pork ear (probably the most insane thing I ate), fresh salmon, salted salmon, grilled cod, and good lager beer. Oh and several good Lithuania liquers, including 75% (150 proof) Zalgiris.
