Next state – Idaho! Idaho is known for its potatoes (often, it’s the only thing Idaho is known for). The potato fields here are vast and limitless. Idaho produces 13 billion pounds of potatoes per year, accounting for 29% of all US potato needs. We couldn’t help by stop and pay tribute to the potatoes here, and even walk the fields a little.
