Located deep inside Alaska, Katmai National Park is a true gem even among the spectacular Alaskan national park. Any trail you take – you are bound to run into grizzly bears. At the height of the salmon run, the bears are well-fed and don’t care about humans and their camera. Just give the bears a wide berth if you encounter them on a trail.
