The next Spanish province Murcia and its capital city with the same name – a beautiful town with pedestrian old town full of churches and architectural gems. The central plaza – Plaza Cardinal Beluga is the town’s centerpiece with a magnificent baroque/gothic Cathedral of Murcia, austere and modern Townhall, and rich Palacio Episcopal. It’s a pleasant town to just roam the street and see what you can find, and then sit at an open-air restaurant on the square and enjoy some Iberian jamon and good wine.
