Singapore: Supertrees at Daytime
Supertrees are perhaps the most incredible element of the futuristic Garden by the Bay. Most are 25m/82ft high and several are super tall at 50m/160ft. Their trunks are covered with growing ferns, orchids, moss, vines, bromeliads and other tropical plants. The Supertrees are designed to replicate the role actual trees play in the forest and make the Garden at the Bay ecosystem completely self-sufficient.
