Andaman & Nicobar: Kalapatthar Beach on Havelock
It’s a total beach overload but here’s one more stunning white sand beach from Havelock Island. This one is on the southeast coast, with rougher seas and less clear water. But amazingly desolate, several kilometers long, and packed with the finest and whitest sand imaginable. It also happened to be the sight of the Amazing Race – I lined up two dozen little hermit crabs to run from Start to Finish. Most went in opposite direction…
