Argentina: Ushuaia – Eating Patagonian Lamb

Before any sightseeing in Ushuaia, you gotta go and gorge on the delicious Patagonian Lamb – Cordero Patqgonico. The entire lamb carcass is butterflied and split down the middle and then hooked onto an inclined cross in such a way that it’s upside down. The side with the bones is cooked first, exposed to flames for three hours, and then turned around for a further hour. The result is the juiciest lamb, and you are served different cuts for ribs to shoulders and skin. Absolutely mouthwatering delicious.
