Bahrain: Al Fateh Grand Mosquet
Al Fateh Grand Mosque in Bahrain is the main mosque in the country and is one of the largest in the world, built to accommodate 7,000 worshipers in a sprawling complex. The mosque was built in 1987 and and has a lot of modern architectural elements. The distinctive feature here is the dome, built entirely out of fiberglass, making it the largest fiberglass dome in the world. The interior is rich with Italian marbles, Austrian Crystal chandeliers, and Indian teal wood doors.
