Barbados: Cherry Tree Hill & Morgan Lewis Windmill
Cherry Tree Hill offers one of the best panoramic viewpoints of the island of Barbados. The hill is 850m above sea level and give an awesome wide angle of the entire east coastline, rough and desolate without any hotels and resorts. The road winds down from the Cherry Tree Hill and at the bottom you find the largest and the oldest sugar cane windmill in the entire Caribbean – Morgan Lewis Windmill. It looks like it’s about to fall apart, but surprisingly it still operates once a week during the harvest season.
