Barbados: Oistins Fishfry
A must-do experience on Barbados is to come and try the famous Oistins Fishry. This is where locals come to eat in the evening – booth after booth grilling the same menu is excellent fresh fish (the fishing market is also part of the place). Marlin, wahoo, mahi-mahi, flying fish are all local specialties. But we went for something even more local and crazy – bbq-ed pigtails. Totally awesome!
