Cuisine in Bosnia is very distinct and unique and is absolutely delightful. Bosnian coffee, brewed in little metal pots over fire and then poured over sugar cube kicks stronger then a couple of red bulls. The food is heavy on meat and grilling – the most traditional dishes are Bosanski sahan (a combination of various meet-stuffed vegetables), Borek (meat-stuffed flaky pastry with kajmac), and Cevapi (minced grilled meat sausages with onions and kajmak).
