As the night went into the wee hours, the Rio Carnival ‘23 Champion’s Parade continued with more samba schools coming out in all their mind blowing costumes, massive floats, pounding samba music, dancers – all to the excitement of the revelers on the stands of the Sambadrome. Some schools were clear favorites as the crowd just exploded.
