Canada/Ontario: Niagara Falls – Horseshoe Falls
Horseshoe Falls are the largest of the three waterfalls constituting the Niagara Falls and they are absolutely spectacular to view from the Canadian side. Over 90% of the Niagara River water goes over the Horseshoe Falls in a powerful drop of 167 ft (51 m) and spread in a horseshoe shape 2,700 ft (820 m) wide. The falls are almost entirely on the Canadian side of the border. The rock platform jotting put in front of the falls is known as Table Rock and there is a massive visitor center here.
