Canada/Quebec: Quebec Food Recap
In Quebec, the cuisine decidedly had French include, Canadian French to be exact – with names like soupe aux gourganes, oreilles de crisse, tourtière, ragout de pattes de cochon et boulettes, and so on. The most famous dish in Quebec by far is poutine – a seriously disgusting combination of fried, cheese curds, and gravy – I didn’t like it before and I still didn’t like it now. Thanks god however for absolutely awesome Montreal smoked meat (Canadian version of pastrami) and the ultra delicious Tim Hortons croissants.
