Croatia: Trogir
Trogir is a walled town built on a small island in the middle of a river on the Dalmatian coast. It was a major center under Venetian rule and boasts narrow streets, city walls, and super spectacular Venetian Cathedral of St Lovro built in 13th century (you climb to the top). It’s also famous for the Romanesque Portal depicting naked Adam and Eve.
