And some Fiji food – raw fish in coconut milk, grilled fish, fried fish, tropical fruits (incl fresh coconuts), and of course a beach drink (or many)

Fiji was much more variety, reflecting its mishmash of cultures and people. Kokoda – the most traditional Fijian food of raw wahoo in coconut milk and lime – was fantastic. Or how about this name – pan roasted kawakawa with ola and miti served with dalo – reef fish with local vegetables. Indian curry was also incredible.
