The food here is art – pate is all meat types and shapes, steak tartar with fries (this is where fries were invented), mussels with every imaginable sauce (think roquefort cheese), and so much more. In fact, I went on an anti-vegetarian diet of sorts here, having steak tartar almost every day. Insane!
