Excellent fresh fish in an elegant French-cuisine presentation plus fresh barracuda tartar (caught it myself) was delicious in Loango National Park. Libreville was equally tasty and especially the street food – beef brisket grilled to perfection with onions and lime and pepper at only $4 per potion. Regab is the national beer of Gabon, and also several pan-French-African brands like Castel and Beaufort are available.
