Georgia: Georgian Food Recap

Georgian food is the best food in the world! Khinkali – dumplings filled with pork/veal and spices with juice from the meat. Abkhazura (minced beef and pork and some gimlets with a lot of spices and then grilled into elongated meatballs), Chakapuli (stewed morsels of lamb with tarragon and spices and greens in a soup form), Megrelian Kupati (kidney and liver chopped then stuffed in bowels and fried). All washed down with good Georgian semi-dry wine….. And don’t forget shashlyk prepared in the open with a view of the mountains.
