Gough Island: Birds Around Gough Island
A wide variety of seabirds could be seen flying around the Gough Island. Besides the sooty albatrosses (previous post), and the Tristan albatrosses (next post), there were many species of petrels – white-headed petrels, soft-plumaged petrels, storm petrels, great shearwaters, southern giant petrel, white-bellied petrels, black-bellied petrels, and many more.
