Westfjords Peninsula is the most remote peninsula in Iceland, but it’s absolutely worth it getting here for some of the most dramatic Icelandic landscapes. The peninsula is very mountainous and the coastline cut by dozens of deep fjords. It’s absolutely stunning landscapes – the vastness of it, with almost no asphalts roads, and waterfalls and rivers rushing everywhere.
