Japan/Hokkaido: Kushiro – Nusamai Bridge

The town of Kushiro is famous for it’s seafood and shellfish but also for the Nusamai Bridge which is considered one of the most beautiful bridges in Japan and was the first bridge to have statues on it (clearly a copycat from Europe). The four statues represent the four seasons of the year and they are all female. The weather was total crap and pouring rain, so I guess the lady representing the fall ain’t too nice.
