Japan: Kyoto – Kiyomizudera Temple
Kiyomizudera Temple is located on the top of the Otowa Mountain overlooking the city of Kyoto in a stunning panorama. The temple was founded in 790 and include many colorful and architecturally stunning building clinging up to the rising hill. The large terrace hall is the best place to see sunset in Kyoto. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was in the top-20 finalists for the 7 Wonder of the New World.
