Liberia: Liberian Food Recap

In Liberia, we tried the national dish – dumboy with peppe – which was fantastic. Grilled fish and kratawee dry rice were also great.  And of course Liberia has its national beer brew to try, as well as a  rather strange 22% alcohol rum.
